DEPOSITS/FULL BALANCE T & Cs
All monies received as a deposit payment towards a future reservation are subject to our company terms & conditions; any reservation cancelled 30 days prior to the date of booking will receive a full deposit refund. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the reservation date all monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable. For any functions, events or packages held within our estate you will be issued with venue specific terms and conditions which will apply to your booking.
Please note the above T & Cs do not apply to any reservations between November 24th and January 2nd. All reservations and deposits paid for the festive period are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Severe Weather Policy: In the event of a venue being unable to open due to severe weather, bookers will be contacted by individual venues to offer rescheduled dates within the subsequent ten days. Dates subject to availability. All other cancellations are bound by our standard terms and conditions. All guests must be available to be seated at the arranged time of booking. Failure to do so will result in loss of bookings and deposit paid.
Save Your Seat 2019
All new bookings from bookings that dined with us over the festive period 2018 are offered 2018 prices. In order to receive 2018 prices a £5 deposit per person must be paid by end of February 2019. If no deposit is paid by 28.02.2019, we will still hold your booking, however if no deposit has been has been paid by 31.3.19 then the booking will be subject to cancellation. Save Your Seat campaign does not include Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve.
