Service and Standards Take Centre Focus As Scotsman Names Palm Court Hotel One Of Top 5 In Aberdeen
The team at a local hotel in Aberdeen were thrilled recently when they were named alongside The Marcliffe and Malmaison as one of the top five hotels in the Granite City. The piece focussed on the 4 star Hotel & Restaurant’s ongoing commitment to friendly service and creating a relaxed environment.
The review also focussed on the Hotels in house food offer, The Bothy, which like its counterparts in Perth, Glasgow and Edinburgh, focusses on seasonal Scottish dishes and locally sourced produce. The Smoked Salmon Linguine and Roast Duck Breast With Chorizo Cassoulet are singled out as must try dishes, with the writer calling it “a delightful place to eat & drink.”
Fiona Duncan, Events & Marketing Manager at the hotel, said of the accolade-
“It really is an honour to be recognised as one of the top 5, particularly since the competition in Aberdeen is so fierce. We work so hard to deliver an exceptional customer experience for each and every person who chooses to eat or stay with us, or who entrusts us to deliver their event, whether that be a conference or a wedding.”
The Palm Court is set to get even better- the bar and restaurant area has recently undergone refurbishment, and features warm and welcoming tones, rustic wood and soft furnishings of leather and tweed.
