G1 Group aspires to be the leading licensed trade group in Scotland. It has expanded from its launch in 1990 to operate 180 properties across the country. Throughout its eighteen years, G1 has become recognized for niche market innovation and has grown its managed house to more than 40 unique venues including bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels and cinemas.
In 2005, G1 created Iona Pub Partnership aimed at revolutionizing the tenancy sector with a mission to deliver sustainable long term partnerships and flexible agreements, supported by the G1 head office infrastructure.
